Elisabet is an Opera Singer and Concert singer based in Malmö, Sweden.
During the 2023/24 season, she has performed in works such as The Creation by Haydn, Carmina Burana by Orff and the C minor mass by Mozart with, among others, with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra.
Elisabet started off the season 2022/23 with a Concert Tour in Skåne with Malmö Opera's Presentation of the season and subsequently she sang a role in the newly written opera "The Tale of the Great Computing Machine" in Stockholm. The opera was a collaboration between KTH and Vadstena-Akademien under the direction of the composer Carl Unander-Scharin and the choreographer Åsa Unander-Scharin.
The season 2021/22, Elisabet made her debut as Tytania in Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream at Malmö Opera. The same season she also made her debut as Aspasia in the Mozart's Mitridate Re di Ponto at the Royal Theater in Copenhagen and at Malmö Opera with great reviews.

The Opera Singer and Coloratura Soprano Elisabet Einarsdottir is raised in Sweden. She completed her bachelors in classical voice at the Iceland Academy of the Arts and a masters in opera performance at the Conservatorio G. Verdi di Milano as well as a 2 year internship at Malmö Opera Academy. Elisabet graduated from the Verdi Conservatoire with the highest possible grade (110/110 Cum laude) and after her graduation she won the first prize and the public price of the competition "Coop Music Awards" in Milano. During her training at Malmö Opera she received the Aurora Lillieros Scholarship as well as Malmö Opera Vänners Scholarship. After her studies she as one the first prize in the competition Ovis-rösten and the second prize of Hjördis Schymberg Award.
Roles Elisabet has sung include Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, Despina and Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte, Aspasia in Mitridate Re di Ponto, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Norina in Don Pasquale, Minette in Offenbach's operetta La metamorfosi d'una gatta in donna, Tytania in Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream and Desagrena in Comala by Morandi in theaters like Malmö Opera, the Royal Theater in Copenhagen, Teatro Titano in San Marino, Kurtheater in Bad Ems, Germany, Ekhoftheater in Gotha, Germany, and Vadstena-akademien in Sweden.
Her opera repertoire includes lyrical and dramatical coloratura roles from all epochs - including everything from Händel, Mozart to Donizetti, R. Strauss and contemporary music, as well as baroque and romantic works. She also has a broad chamber music and sacred repertoire and is always happy to take on new challenges.
She is also active within the field of contemporary and modern music and has premiered numerous pieces. Since 2010 she has collaborated with the composer Petter Ekman. She has performed his short operas and song cycles at a wide variety of festivales and theaters. These include: Dark Music Days and Harpa Concert Hall in Iceland, Halland Opera festival in Sweden and Teater Egnsteatret in Denmark.
